AS Kanalmontasje, a close associate of Ola Snøve, Chairman of the Board in Aker BioMarine ASA, has today purchased 147,240 shares in Aker BioMarine ASA at an average price of NOK 36,73 per share. Following the transaction, Mr. Snøve and his close associates control 812,240 shares in Aker BioMarine ASA.
