Trust Stamp Announces Key Leadership Appointments

21 December 2020: Trust Stamp (Euronext Growth: AIID ID), a global provider of AI-powered identity services for use in multiple sectors, is pleased to announce key new members and positions to their leadership team with a focus on relevant expertise in key areas for company growth in 2021.

Gareth Genner, CEO and Co-Founder of Trust Stamp commented: "I am pleased to announce senior appointments and a number of promotions across the Trust Stamp group as we structure for our continuing growth. It is a recognition of everyone's commitment and hard work, most notably over this past year, and all are richly deserved. I would also like to thank Emma for her work over 2020, and she leaves with our best wishes for the future. I am delighted for Kinny to assume the role of Chief Commercial Officer, having made a huge contribution to the group to date. He and Emma are working closely to ensure a seamless transition of the role."

Key Appointments:

· Kinny Chan has been appointed as Chief Commercial Officer effective January 13th replacing Emma Lindley who leaves the company on that date. Kinny previously served as an Executive Vice President focused upon business development.

· Sandeep Virk has joined Trust Stamp as Executive Vice President for Banking & Financial Services. Sandeep previously served as Vice President of Digital Optimization at Synchrony Financial.

· Josh Allen has joined Trust Stamp as Executive Vice President for Strategic Investments, Mergers and Acquisitions. Josh previously served Trust Stamp as an Advisor to the CEO.

· Nisha Naik has been appointed as Executive Vice President with a portfolio including design, marketing, communications and strategic initiatives. Nisha previously served as Director of Communications and Marketing.
