Trust Stamp Announces Director Appointments
08 January 2021: Trust Stamp (Euronext Growth: AIID ID), a global provider of AI-powered identity services for use in multiple sectors, is pleased to announce the appointment of William ("Bill") Ashe McClintock as a Non-Executive Director and Joshua ("Josh") Allen as an Executive Director to its Board with immediate effect.
Gareth Genner, CEO and Co-Founder of Trust Stamp commented: "I am pleased to announce the appointments of Bill and Josh to the Board. Bill brings extensive knowledge of international business development with deep experience in the real estate sector, while Josh brings expertise in private equity and venture capital to the Board. Mr. McClintock has served as chairman of Biometric Innovations, Trust Stamp's UK operating subsidiary since 2016. Mr. McClintock has over 50 years of experience in the UK real estate market, formerly serving as Board Chairman of The Property Ombudsman scheme under the UK government from 2004 to 2016. Prior to this, he worked as an International Director with Hamptons International and Managing Director of multiple large Estate Agencies throughout the UK.
Mr. Allen currently holds the position of Executive Vice President for Strategic Investments, Mergers and Acquisitions with Trust Stamp, having joined the company in late 2020. Mr. Allen has over 20 years of experience in private equity, venture capital and non-profit management. He has held leadership roles with non-profit and educational organisations, and previously worked as a Senior Analyst with Paladin Capital Group. Mr. Allen will serve as FSH Capital LLC's appointment to the Board.
