03 March 2022: Trust Stamp (Nasdaq: IDAI, Euronext Growth: AIID ID) announces that application has been made to Euronext Dublin for 3,898,134 Class A Common Stock ("Common Shares") to be admitted to trading on Euronext Growth ("Admission") pursuant to issuances made under Regulation CF, S, and D offerings (the "Offerings"), related warrant exercises, and employee share option exercises. It is expected that Admission will become effective at 8.00 a.m. on 4 March 2022.
The Company has 23,281,409 Common Shares in issue.
