GDF SUEZ enters Dovregubben

Det norske oljeselskap sells a five percent interest in PL 468 to GDF
SUEZ E&P Norge AS.

The license is located due east of the Ormen Lange gas field, and
contains the Dovregubben Prospect.

Det norske is pleased to get an acknowledged partner in the license.

According to the plan, the Dovregubben Prospect will be drilled with
Aker Barents in the near future.

The agreement requires approval by the Authorities.
