Purchase of own shares

Det norske oljeselskap ASA has today, 22 January 2014, purchased 36,052
own shares at an average price of NOK 68.5982 per share under the
company's employee share purchase program. After the transaction Det
norske oljeselskap ASA holds 336,052 own shares.
