Reference is made to Aker BP ASA's ("Aker BP" or the "Company") stock exchange announcement on 21 November 2017 regarding the board's resolution to increase the share capital.
On 21 November 2017, BP Global Investments Limited ("BP") was allocated 6,712,148 new shares in the capital increase, as subscribed for on 31 October 2017.
Following completion of the share capital increase, BP will own 108,021,449 shares in Aker BP, corresponding to 30 per cent of the outstanding shares in the Company.
