Subsequent Event	NOTE 12 — Subsequent Events On January 8, 2014, the Company accepted the terms of a credit facility agreement with a new bank. The credit facility was activated and the transfer from the Company’s former bank was completed on March 7, 2014 (see “New Bank Line of Credit” within “NOTE 4 — Bank Financing Arrangements”). On January 16, 2014, the Company issued 37,500 shares of common stock to a warrant holder in conjunction with a litigation settlement completed on December 28, 2013 (see “Legal Matters” within “NOTE 6 — Commitments and Contingencies” for more information).
