NOTE 12 — Subsequent Events	NOTE 12 — Subsequent Events The Company evaluated subsequent events and transactions that occurred between April 1, 2022 through the date of this report, the date that the unaudited condensed financial statements were issued. Other than described below, the Company did not identify any subsequent events that would have required adjustment or disclosure in the unaudited condensed financial statements. 90,913 shares of common stock were repurchased from the market at the average price of $4.11. The Company issued 17,500 shares of common stock upon the exercise of stock options. 90,000 shares of restricted stock were granted from the 2004 Equity Incentive Plan.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
