NOTE 12 — Subsequent Events	NOTE 12 — Subsequent Events The Company evaluated subsequent events and transactions that occurred between July 1, 2023 through the date of this report, the date that the unaudited condensed financial statements were issued. Other than described below, the Company did not identify any subsequent events that would have required adjustment or disclosure in the unaudited condensed financial statements. The Company issued 15,000 shares of common stock upon the exercise of stock options. 9,350 shares of restricted stock were granted from the 2004 Equity Incentive Plan.
