Subsequent Events [Text Block]	Note 7: Subsequent Events      In March 2014, options to purchase 30,000 shares of the Company’s common stock were exercised at the exercise price of $0.60 per share. Net proceeds to the Company were $18,000.      On March 18, 2014, the Board of Directors approved the grant of 126,000 options to purchase shares of the Company under the 2010 Stock Option Plan at an exercise price of $0.71 per share with an expiration date of five years from date of grant.
