As of November 30, 2017 and May 31, 2017, approximately $459,000 and $467,000 of Biomerica’s gross inventory and approximately $24,000 and $15,000, of Biomerica’s property and equipment, net of accumulated depreciation and amortization, was located in Mexicali, Mexico, respectively.
