Organization, Consolidation and Presentation of Financial Statements Disclosure [Text Block]	1. ORGANIZATION Biomerica, Inc. and Subsidiaries (collectively "the Company") are primarily engaged in the development, manufacture and marketing of medical diagnostic products. The Company develops, manufactures, and markets medical diagnostic products designed for the early detection and monitoring of chronic diseases and other medical conditions. The Company’s medical diagnostic products are sold worldwide in two markets: 1) clinical laboratories and 2) point of care (physicians' offices and over-the-counter drugstores). The diagnostic test kits are used to analyze blood, urine or fecal samples from patients in the diagnosis of various diseases and other medical complications, by measuring or detecting the existence and/or level of specific bacteria, hormones, antibodies, antigens or other substances, which may exist in a patient’s body, stools, or blood, often in extremely small concentrations.
