As of November 30, 2018 and May 31, 2018, approximately $684,000 and $657,000 of Biomerica’s gross inventory, respectively, was located in Mexicali, Mexico. As of November 30, 2018 and May 31, 2018 approximately $41,000 of Biomerica’s property and equipment, net of accumulated depreciation and amortization, was located in Mexicali, Mexico.
