SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 10: SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On August 3, 2023, the Company announced it had entered into a sales agreement with CVS Pharmacy wherein the Company’s EZ Detect™ colorectal disease screening test will be offered at approximately 7,000 CVS Pharmacy retail stores. Biomerica has shipped the EZ Detect product to CVS Health distribution centers in the United States, and the product is projected to be on store shelves in September.
