Related Party Transactions	NOTE 10 – RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS The Company is provided free office space consisting of a conference room by the Company Executive Chairman, Dr. Armen. The Company does not pay any rent for the use of this space. This space is used for quarterly board meetings and our annual shareholder meeting. On February 13, 2020, the Company issued 50,000 options to purchase common stock to a related party. These options had an exercise price of $1.75 and a term of 48 months. (See Note 7)
