Reference is made to Aker Horizons’ announcement on 28 January 2021, when the company said it would apply for a listing on the Oslo Stock Exchange within 12 months from its first day of listing on Euronext Growth (Oslo).
The company has initiated a process to transfer its listing venue from Euronext Growth to Oslo Børs, and expects such uplisting to be completed during Q2 2021.
Aker Horizons has been listed on Euronext Growth since 1 February 2021.
