COMMITMENT	NOTE 10 - COMMITMENT In connection with the APA, the Company entered into a one-year Brand Ambassador Agreement (See Note 3) with MAX. Pursuant to this agreement, the Company shall pay MAX a seven percent (7%) royalty on net sales of the product effective November 1, 2018 with a minimum royalty payment of $35,000 during the agreement term. The royalty shall be calculated on a quarterly basis. Pursuant to the Brand Ambassador Agreement, $17,500 was paid prior to the Closing Date. The remaining $17,500 is due on January 27, 2019.
