SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 24 – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Management has evaluated subsequent events from December 31, 2011 to the date which our financial statements have been issued and were available to be issued, and has concluded that no material subsequent events have occurred since December 31, 2011 that required recognition or disclosure in our current year financial statements. Subsequent events that may occur after the date of issue of financial statements have not been evaluated.
