NOTE 16 – CUSTOMER CONCENTRATION

 

The Company sells a substantial portion of its products to a limited number of customers.  During the three-month periods ended March 31, 2012 and 2011, the Company sold 45.3% and 48.1% of its products to its top five customers, respectively. As of March 31, 2012 and 2011, amounts due from these customers were $13,710,553 and $11,710,728, respectively. This concentration makes the Company vulnerable to a near-term severe impact, should the relationships be terminated.
