SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 21 - SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On October 23, 2012, the Company entered into an agreement with a subcontractor for the renovation of the five stories of commercial building newly acquired at a cost of approximately $1.8 million, which will be capitalized as building upon completion. The renovation work is expected to be completed by end of December 2012.
