16. MAJOR SUPPLIERS	During the three-month and nine-month periods ended September 30, 2015, the Company purchased 58.5% and 57.2% of its raw materials from its top five suppliers, respectively. As of September 30, 2015, amounts due to those suppliers included in accounts payable were $4,320,350. During the three-month and nine-month periods ended September 30, 2014, the Company purchased 89.0% and 89.6% of its raw materials from its top five suppliers, respectively. As of September 30, 2014, amounts due to those suppliers included in accounts payable were $3,710,837.This concentration makes the Company vulnerable to a near-term severe impact, should the relationships be terminated.
