17. MAJOR SUPPLIERS	During the three-month and nine-month periods ended September 30, 2016, the Company purchased 56.2% and 55.2% of its raw materials from its top five suppliers, respectively. As of September 30, 2016, amounts due to those suppliers included in accounts payable were $4,104,237. During the three-month and nine-month periods ended September 30, 2015, the Company purchased 58.5% and 57.2% of its raw materials from its top five suppliers, respectively. As of September 30, 2015, amounts due to those suppliers included in accounts payable were $4,320,350. This concentration makes the Company vulnerable to a near-term severe impact, should the relationships be terminated.
