12. TREASURY STOCK	In January 2019, the Company issued 20,000 shares of common stock from the treasury shares to one of its consultants. The shares were valued at the closing market price on the date of the agreement and recorded as general and administrative expense in the condensed consolidated statement of loss and comprehensive loss for the six months ended June 30, 2019. The shares issued were deducted from the treasury shares at weighted average cost and the excess of the cost over the closing market price was charged to additional paid-in-capital.
