SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	On August 11, 2019, Typhoon Lekima landed in Shandong Province. Shouguang City in Shandong, where the bromine and crude salt factories of the Company are located, were also affected by this Typhoon. The Company believes that all of its factories may have sustained different levels of damage. As soon as the flood water recedes, the Company will assess the extent of the loss on its factories.
