Acca AS, 50 % owned by CEO Hallvard Muri (the remaining 50 % owned by Anne Britt
Muri), a primary insider in AKVA group ASA (the "Company"), has on the 24(th)
May 2017 bought 22 000 shares in the Company at a price of NOK 70,9872 per
share.
Elo AS, 100 % owned by CFO Simon Nyquist Martinsen, a primary insider in AKVA
group ASA (the "Company"), has on the 24(th) May 2017 bought 17 000 shares in
the Company at a price of NOK 70,9872 per share.

After the transactions the entities have the following holdings:
- Acca AS holds 22 000 shares in the Company
- Elo AS holds 17 000 shares in the Company
