AKVA group ASA: Information memorandum

Reference is made to the extended stock exchange notice published by AKVA group
ASA on 28 June 2018 regarding the acquisition of all the shares in Egersund Net
AS from Egersund Group AS (the "Transaction").

In connection with the Transaction, AKVA group ASA has prepared an information
memorandum in accordance with section 3.5 of the Oslo Børs' Continuing
obligations of stock exchange listed companies. The information memorandum was
approved by Oslo Børs today, 23 July 2018.
