AKVA group ASA: Minutes from extraordinary general meeting

All items on the agenda were approved in accordance with the notice of the
general meeting dated 23 July 2018, including the agreement with Egersund Group
AS and Egersund Net AS for the purchase of 100% of the shares in Egersund Net
AS. The minutes of the meeting are enclosed to this notice.
