Subsequent Event	Note 13: Subsequent Event         On March 4, 2015, the Company sold 14,375,000 shares of common stock in an equity offering made under its shelf registration and raised approximately $21.3 million, net of transaction expenses. Two of the Company's executive officers between them purchased a total of 406,250 shares at the public offering price.
