Subsequent Event	Note 13: Subsequent Event Conversion of Interest Payable to Note In February 2020, the Company made payment in-kind of interest on the Notes and the Interest Notes for the period from August 16, 2018 to February 15, 2020 with the issue of an additional note to the Purchasers (“Interest Note 6”).  Interest Note 6 has a principal amount of approximately $112,000 and has terms identical to the Notes and the Interest Notes.
