Reference is made to the Company's Q1 2022 report, regarding the Board's
authorization to pay a quarterly dividend of USD 0.12 per share to the
shareholders of AMSC on record as of 27 May 2022. The shares in American
Shipping Company ASA will be traded ex dividend USD 0.12 as from today, 25
May 2022. The NOK amount per share will be 1.1517 and will be paid on or
about 10 June 2022.
The dividend is classified as a return of paid in
capital.
