Subsequent Events [Text Block]	Note 9 - Subsequent Events Share Issuance On October 1, 2022, the Company issued 5,000 shares of its common stock to the Chairman of our Scientific Advisory Board in consideration for services. Option Issuance On October 3, 2022, October 17, 2022, and October 24, 2022, the Company granted stock options under the 2018 Equity Incentive Plan to purchase a total of 70,000 shares of its common stock to new employees at the fair market value of the common stock on the dates of issuance.
