Andfjord Holding AS, a company owned 100% by Roy Pettersen, founder and board
member in Andfjord Salmon AS, has on 23 August 2022 disposed 664,000 shares in
Andfjord Salmon AS at a price of NOK 15.06 per share. The disposal is a result
of an exercise by the buyer, OG Invest AS, under a pre-existing option
arrangement dating back to February 2019. OG Invest AS was an early investor in
Andfjord Salmon AS and has been an important contributor to the company's
development.
