Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by Andfjord Salmon
Group AS (the "Company") on 2 April 2025 regarding the final results of the
subsequent offering of new shares in the Company at a subscription price of NOK
35.00 per share (the "Subsequent Offering").
The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of 11,592 new shares in
the Subsequent Offering has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of
Business Enterprises. The Company's new share capital is NOK 84,773,463 divided
on 84,773,463 shares, each with a par value of NOK 1.
