Subsequent Events	8. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS In April 2014, the Company acquired The Bismarck Office Building for the purchase price of approximately $5.4 million plus closing costs. The Property is a six-story office building with of approximately 99,200 rentable square feet located in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The Company acquired the property with down payment of approximately $3.9 million cash and $2.5 million that bears interest fixed rate mortgage with interest at 6.12% per annum and is due in October 2016.
