Subsequent Events	9. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS The Company has entered into purchase and sale agreements for two properties in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The first property is a retail center of approximately 44,000 square feet with a purchase price of $11.3 million. The other property is an office building that is approximately 110,000 square feet with a purchase price of $15.5 million. The Company expects to complete these two acquisitions before December 31, 2014.
