RECENT REAL ESTATE TRANSACTIONS Acquisitions during the six months ended June 30, 2023:  • The Company acquired 23 model homes for approximately $12.9 million. The purchase price was paid through cash payments of approximately $3.9 million and mortgage notes of approximately $9.0 million. Acquisitions during the six months ended June 30, 2022:  • The Company acquired eight model homes for approximately $4.6 million.  These acquisitions were paid for with approximately $1.4 million in cash payments and approximately $3.2 million in mortgage loans. Dispositions during the six months ended June 30, 2023: • The Company sold 10 model homes for approximately $5.0 million and recognized a gain of approximately $1.5 million. Dispositions during the six months ended June 30, 2022: • The Company sold World Plaza, on March 11, 2022, for approximately $10.0 million and recognized a loss of approximately $0.3 million. • The Company sold 18 model homes for approximately $10.0 million and recognized a gain of approximately $3.0 million.
