Presidio Property Trust, Inc. (the “Company”) regrets to announce that Sumner J. Rollings passed away on February 14, 2022. Mr. Rollings was a member of Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) since 2001 and also served as a valued member of the Board’s Audit Committee and Chairman of the Compensation Committee. The Board and management of the Company are saddened by Mr. Rollings’ passing and extend their heartfelt condolences to his family.
