Subsequent Events [Text Block]	16. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS The Company evaluated subsequent events and transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued. Based upon this review, except as disclosed below, the Company did not identify any subsequent events that would have required adjustment or disclosure in the financial statements other than disclosed below. The loan on the Dakota Center matured on July 6, 2024. Management has been in negotiations with the special servicer of the loan in modifying and/or extending the loan or possibly selling the building. As of August 12, 2024, the Company and the lender have not yet agreed to the final outcome. The lender is expected to visit the property at the end of August.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
