RECENT REAL ESTATE TRANSACTIONS Acquisitions during the nine months ended September 30, 2024:  • The Company acquired 19 model homes for approximately $9.7 million. The purchase price was paid through cash payments of approximately $3.0 million and mortgage notes of approximately $6.7 million. Acquisitions during the nine months ended September 30, 2023:  • The Company acquired 25 model homes for approximately $13.7 million. The purchase price was paid through cash payments of approximately $4.2 million and mortgage notes of approximately $9.5 million. Dispositions during the nine months ended September 30, 2024: • The Company sold 46 model homes for approximately $22.3 million, net of sales costs, and recognized a gain of approximately $3.2 million. Dispositions during the nine months ended September 30, 2023:  • The Company sold 15 model homes for approximately $7.8 million, net of sales costs, and recognized a gain of approximately $2.3 million.
