However, such information reflects all adjustments, consisting only of normal recurring adjustments, which in the opinion of management are necessary to reflect properly the results of the interim periods presented. The results of operations for the three month interim period ended March 31, 2017 are not necessarily indicative of the results expected for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2017.
