RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	NOTE 6 - RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS During the years ended December 31, 2011 and December 31, 2010, a member of the Company's board of directors advanced the Company $595,670 and $227,903, respectively.  Total advances owing to the board member were $899,314 and $303,644 as of December 31, 2011 and December 31, 2010, respectively, and are recorded as other payables - related parties on the accompanying consolidated balance sheets.
