RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	NOTE 7 – RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS Total advances owing to a board member were $1,354,567 and $1,354,567 as of September 30, 2013 and December 31, 2012, respectively, and are recorded as other payables – related parties on the accompanying condensed consolidated balance sheets. The advances bear interest at a rate of 1.0% per year. Interest expense relating to these advances of $3,386 and $2,800 was recognized for the three months ended September 30, 2013 and 2012, respectively, and $10,159 and $7,142 was recognized for the nine months ended September 30, 2013 and 2012, respectively.
