RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	NOTE 7 – RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS During the years ended December 31, 2013 and December 31, 2012, a member of the Company’s board of directors advanced the Company $0 and $493,004, respectively. The advances bear interest at a rate of 1.0% per year. Total interest expense of $13,545 and $9,942 was recognized for the years ended December 31, 2013 and 2012, respectively. Total advances owing to the board member were $1,354,567 as of December 31, 2013 and 2012 and are recorded as other payables – related parties on the accompanying consolidated balance sheets.
