SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 15 – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On April 2, 2024 the Investor discussed in Note 9 delivered its notice of redemption for $150,000 of the Note and related interest at the conversion price of $0.2927, which was 82% of the lowest volume weighted average price during the ten trading days immediately preceding the applicable redemption conversion. Accordingly, the Company issued a total of 512,470 shares of common stock to the Investor on April 3, 2024. On April 17, 2024 the Investor discussed in Note 9 delivered its notice of redemption for $150,000 of the Note and related interest at the conversion price of $0.2774, which was 82% of the lowest volume weighted average price during the ten trading days immediately preceding the applicable redemption conversion. Accordingly, the Company issued a total of 540,735 shares of common stock to the Investor on April 19, 2024.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued.
