Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made on 4 September 2025 where the extraordinary general meeting of Arctic Fish Holding AS (the "Company") resolved a share capital increase of NOK 13,128,300, through the issuance of 13,128,300 new shares.
The share capital increase has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The Company's new share capital is NOK 45,004,953 divided into 45,004,953 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 1.
Following registration of the new shares in the Norwegian Central Securities Depository (VPS), the new shares will be delivered and listed on Euronext Growth Oslo.
