Tromsø, Norway, 14. December 2020. ArcticZymes Technologies ASA (AZT) invites
shareholders to a virtual Q&A session regarding the Biotec BetaGlucans
divestment on Tuesday 15 December at 0830 CET.

CEO Jethro Holter will have a short introduction regarding the press release on
divestment of Biotec Betaglucans AS before opening for questions.

Participants who want to participate in the virtual meeting which will done over
