Tromsø, Norway, 24[th] October 2022 - Board member Volker Wedershoven has
informed the board that he will resign from the board with immediate effect for
personal reasons.
The remaining board complies with the requirements regarding board composition
and will still constitute a quorum.
The board wishes to thank Mr. Wedershoven for his contribution to the board over
the last few years.
