Arendals Fossekompani - New bond issue

Arendals Fossekompani ASA (AFK) has issued a senior
unsecured bond of NOK 400 million with a maturity of
5 years (date of maturity july 6, 2017) and a fixed
coupon rate of 5,17% p.a.. The proceeds will be used
for general corporate purposes.

Fondsfinans ASA has acted as manager for the loan.

The loan will be applied for listing on Oslo ABM.
