The annual general meeting of Arendals Fossekompani ASA will be held on 15 May 2024 at 17:00 hours (CEST). The notice for the meeting is attached hereto.
The general meeting will be held as a digital meeting. Shareholders that wish to attend the general meeting must notify this no later than 13 May 2024 as further described in the notice.
